CA-Plus Inc. Announces the Sale of Sage ERP X3 to Client Banro CorporationToronto, April 28, 2010— (April 28, 2010) – CA-PLUS INC., a Sage Select authorized business partner specializing in the sale and implementation of ERP systems, announced today that it has completed a sale of Sage ERP X3 to Toronto-based Banro Corporation. The announcement validates the company’s decision to add the advanced, global capabilities of Sage ERP X3 to its other client product offerings. Sage ERP X3 will provide Banro Corporation with an enterprise management software system to support its growing international gold exploration and processing business.
Banro Corporation was quickly outgrowing its existing ERP system and reviewed several alternatives before choosing Sage ERP X3. The change was necessitated by the “phase one” gold mine construction at its Twangiza project, which is scheduled to begin operations in late 2011. The complexities of multi-currency accounting and fixed asset purchase, management and maintenance was an ideal fit for Sage ERP X3.
